Google Maps remove Norwegian government building

The norwegian government building in Oslo that was bombed in a terror attack on July 22nd, 2011 has been removed from Google Maps. Not only has it been removed from Street View, it has also been removed from the map. The location at the B in the image below is completely blank. The building is still there though, so it’s unclear why Google removed it.
This is as close as you can get today using Street View.
